Primary Chess Club

Heritage College Lake Macquarie is excited to introduce our HCLM Primary Chess Club, offering students a fun and engaging opportunity to develop their thinking skills in a supportive environment.

Program Details:

Dates: Tuesday mornings every week in Term 2 (starting Week 2)
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM
Location: HCLM Campus - Primary Wellbeing Hub
Who Can Join? Open to Primary students in Years 3–6

This program is a fantastic opportunity for students to learn and play chess, developing strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and patience. Whether students are beginners or already enjoy the game, all skill levels are welcome.

Cost: $15 per term (includes a small snack provided each morning during Chess Club)
